Samantha Cristoforetti, the Italian astronaut on the International Space Station since April, snapped the photo on June 8th.
The photo shows Trapani and port, the salt pans, Erice, and even nearby Marsala, the Stagnone, Mozia, and Isola Lunga, as well as Birgi airport and the Egadi archipelago, Favignana and Levanzo.

The location of Isola Longa is identified by the coordinates Lat 37.87285 and Long 12.440483.
